With each filled application please provide:

ID/Address proof
Ø 3
photographs
Ø Cheque
/ DD for Rs. 2500
Note: In total 2500 Rs. -
2,000 Rupees is the share amount and Rs. 500 will be the admission Charges.
Rs. 1000 x 2 shares certificate will be given with each
membership.
